2. Products & Pricing

All products listed on the website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit order quantities. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We make every effort to display product colors, pack sizes, and images as accurately as possible.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders placed via guest checkout or registered accounts are confirmed upon payment authorization (prepaid) or order placement confirmation (COD). We accept payments via UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online payments are securely processed by PhonePe.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, trademarks (MK AGRO, APSARA Spices), product photographs, and software code on this website belong strictly to MK Agro Farms & Processing Unit and are protected by Indian intellectual property laws.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising out of the use of this website shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Beed / Maharashtra, India.
