1. Order Processing Time

All orders placed on MK Agro Fresh are processed within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays). Orders placed after 4:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, and Email.

2. Delivery Timelines

We deliver pan-India through reputable logistics partners. Standard delivery timelines depend on your location PIN code:

Maharashtra & Western India: 2 to 4 business days Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 3 to 5 business days Rest of India & Tier 2/3 Cities: 5 to 7 business days Special & Remote Locations: 7 to 10 business days

3. Shipping Charges

Online Prepayment (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking): 100% FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders pan-India. Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal delivery & cash handling charge applies to COD orders depending on total cart value and delivery PIN code.

4. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you can track your order status live at any time by visiting our Order History page or using the tracking URL sent to your registered email and phone number.

5. Delivery Delays & Issues

While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, unexpected delays may occur due to severe weather, logistics operational delays, regional strikes, or incorrect address/contact information.
